D-DEC Musical Denture Event

A unique combination of prosthetics and live music at our course location in Emmen! The D-DEC Musical Denture Event is an interactive two-day course on a Friday and Saturday, in which you as a participant will make a complete denture - completely according to your own insight and preference in combination with live entertainment, so that learning and fun go hand in hand.

You have control over the end result. We have already done the preliminary work: impressions, working models and bite registration have already been prepared. From that moment on, you take over! You determine the color and shape of the teeth, the setup concept, the technique with which you convert the denture and how you deliver the denture.

Your creation is then fitted to our live patient, who ultimately chooses which denture feels best and why. This makes the course not only practical and educational, but also very interactive and realistic! An experience never to be forgotten because our patient is a talented musician. He is the Dutch version of the lead singer of The Rolling Stones. While you are working hard, he will provide live music - an inspiring and energetic atmosphere guaranteed.

In the evening, we will enjoy a dinner together in the neighborhood. Afterwards, you can choose to go home or stay overnight at a location nearby - the choice is entirely yours! On Saturday, we will resume all work after breakfast. The last details will be worked out and after lunch, our musician will choose his dentures. Afterwards, everyone will go home with a good feeling and full of inspiration. In addition to the knowledge you will gain, you will also learn a lot from your colleagues: there is room for intercollegiate exchange, valuable conversations and not too much time pressure.
